REGISTRATION
A valid Credit Card is required in order to bid.

CC AUTHORIZATION
To register for this auction, you must verify your account by submitting credit card information. This verification process will place a $1 USD temporary charge on your card. That charge will fall off your statement within 7 business days.

PAYMENT
All Winning Bidders' invoice will be charged a deposit of 10% (DEPOSIT) of the total invoice amount on the Winning Bidders credit card on file upon close of bidding. Final Payment must be made within 24 hours of completion of auction. No items can be removed until entire
invoice is paid in full. The Seller reserves the right to resell Winning Bidders lots if payment in full is not made within this 24 hour time period. The deposit is non-refundable to the Winning Bidder unless the Seller elects not to approve the purchase and sale of items, for reasons other than non payment in the 24 hour time frame.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept cash, cashiers check, or credit card. 3% processing fee applies to all credit card purchases.

SALES TAX
6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax applies at this auction.

BUYERS PREMIUM
5% Buyer Premium applies to any purchase made via the online bidding platform. Winning Bidder will be required to pay Buyers Premium.

DEFAULT
IF payment in full is not received by the end of the 24 hour payment period, the seller may cancel all Bids and charge the Winning Bidder a Relisting Fee of 15% of the total invoice amount to the Winning Bidders credit card on file. A Relisting Fee will be charged in addition to the Deposit.

AS-IS, WHERE IS
All times are sold “AS IS” or WHERE IS” without warranty or guarantee, unless otherwise stated on the Auction in express terms.

ALL SALES FINAL
No returns or adjustments will be made after the end of auction. Winning Bidders who elect to pay balance by credit card after that an additional 3% fee applies and agree to relinquish any and all rights to charge backs.

DISPUTES/DISCREPANCIES
Record of sale kept by the Seller will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. In the event that the Seller cannot release all or part of the lot, the extent of the sellers responsibility will be to refund all monies paid in connection with the lot in question.

PICK-UP
Bidders are responsible for safe removal of their items within 72 hours of auction.
Delivery is available for a fee, from an outside service.
Storage charges will be assessed for merchandise that is not removed within 7 days of end of auction.

LIABILITY
All persons attending, inspecting or removing merchandise assume all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the Seller formal liability therefore.

Additional Terms of Sale may be announced by auctioneer on day of auction and a bid signifies
acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
